Telephonic EAP Program
OHL offers Telephonic EAP Program, available through Aflac for its employees. The Health Advocate Telephonic Employee Assistance Program provides support for a range of personal, family and work/life balance matters. Telephonic EAP provides 24/7 phone access to licensed, professional counselors, prepared to help with your personal situation. They can also provide referrals for long-term counseling or specialized care, with customized plans to meet your specific needs. Learn more here.

OHL believes that communication is at the heart of good employee relations. The Recommendation Box below is designed for employees to provide input. Your recommendations are greatly appreciated as the agency strives to improve the workplace for all. Recognize your fellow coworkers with a Peer-to-Peer Recognition (aka STAFF SHOUTOUT!) It’s a simple yet authentic and meaningful way to recognize peers for their accomplishments and thank them for going above and beyond. Reminder: all staff who receive a Peer-to-Peer Recognition will be eligible for our Employee of the Year award, awarded annually each December.
