iPrevent is launching SAMHSA-funded Hepatitis C testing and awareness initiatives in New Orleans, offering free rapid testing, community education, and streamlined connections to treatment.

This effort aims to reduce barriers, reach high-impact neighborhoods, and increase early awareness of Hepatitis C status.

Services and Opportunities Include:

  • Follow iPrevent for updates on community outreach events where we will be providing free Hepatitis C testing in neighborhoods across New Orleans.

  • Walk-ins are welcome at our clinic for Hepatitis C testing.

  • Same-day treatment options for individuals who test positive.

  • Uber Health transportation assistance available to help patients get to their appointments.

  • Medication assistance programs available for uninsured individuals.

  • Individuals who participate in our SAMHSA-funded study may receive incentives and case management services.

Together, these services are designed to make testing, treatment, and education faster, easier, and more accessible for the community.
